For a natural person to become a Beneficiary of the Foundation, it is necessary to submit following:
– Completed application form with photos (online application through the website)
After checking whether the future beneficiary meets the requirements, contract on establishing a beneficiary relationship, form and the beneficiary’s consent for data processing are signed. Once the activation procedure of the SMS sub-number has been completed, and after determining the amount that needs to be collected, the action is advertised on the Foundation’s website and from that moment the collection of funds begins.
Before signing the Agreement with the Foundation, please read the Rulebook on the provision of services to the Foundation’s beneficiaries, the method of collecting funds and the terms of use of donations that are paid into the Foundation’s accounts.
